Vampire Treatment Series

All PRP treatments involve firstly anaesthetizing the area, then blood is drawn from the arm and centrifuged, the resulting plasma which is rich in platelets is then taken and activated to release growth factors that are injected in defined areas and specific volumes into tissues which we want to stimulate growth in.

​Because all of these treatments are autologous, where our own growth factors are used to generate new tissue, the treatments are completely safe. Each treatment will take around an hour and can take up to 6 weeks before an effect can be seen, often treatments last 12-18 months.
